NGCOA Welcomes New Director of Corporate Partnerships

CHARLESTON, S.C. – The NGCOA announces the addition of G. Sheffield (Sheff) Webb as the organization’s new Director of Corporate Partnerships. He will be responsible for leading NGCOA's engagement with industry suppliers, whose support allows NGCOA to accomplish our mission of serving and leading golf course owners and operators.

“I’m thrilled to be part of the NGCOA. I’ve spent my entire career in sales with the sports industry, and I look forward to continuing that path in the golf industry,” said Webb.

Webb comes to the NGCOA from CBS Sports, and prior to that with Major League Baseball, where he was tasked with building corporate partnership relationships. While at CBS Sports, Webb pieced together integrated solutions and branding campaigns that were consistent with each partner's needs and objectives.

“We are very pleased to have Sheff come on board with the NGCOA," said CEO Jay Karen. "Industry suppliers are an important part of the ecosystem in the golf industry. Sheff's leadership will ensure this community is involved in supporting the success of course owners and operators while receiving valuable marketing support. He has a proven track record, and we're all looking forward to having him on our team.”

Webb brings 27 years of sales and sports industry experience to the NGCOA. To reach him, email swebb@ngcoa.org.
