Michael Hughes To Step Down as CEO of NGCOA - National Golf Course Owners Association (NGCOA) CEO Michael Hughes announced today his intention to step down as CEO of the organization at the end of 2015, completing 25 years of service. The early timing of the announcement will allow the NGCOA Board of Directors time to identify a replacement and facilitate a smooth transition to a new CEO by the end of the year.
